Acceptance of Terms: By accessing or using the Virafresh website (the “Site”) and purchasing products from Virafresh, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service (the “Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site.

Products and Services

Product Descriptions: We strive to ensure that the products on our Site are described accurately. However, we do not warrant that the product descriptions, prices, or other content available on the Site are error-free, complete, or current.

Availability: All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time without notice.

Orders and Payments

Order Acceptance: Once you place an order, you will receive an email confirming receipt of your order. Acceptance of your order and the completion of the contract between you and Virafresh will occur when we dispatch the products to you.

Payment: Payment must be received by us before acceptance of an order. We accept payment through EFT’s, e-wallets and Card payments. Prices for products are subject to change without notice.

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping: We ship products to addresses within South Africa and the Africa region. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and added to the total order price.

Delivery Times: Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout. These are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Virafresh is not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control.
