Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your Virafresh product, our Return Policy explains how you can return it for a refund or exchange.

We accept returns within 7 days of purchase, provided the product is unused and in its original packaging.

Return Policy

Effective Date: 1st July 2024

Returns: We hope you are satisfied with your Virafresh purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied, you may return your product within 7 days of receipt for a refund or exchange, subject to the conditions below.

 Eligibility for Returns

Condition: Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging.

Proof of Purchase: A copy of your receipt or order confirmation is required for all returns.

Non-Returnable Items: Certain items, such as final sale products, Promotions, gift cards, or products marked as non-returnable, are not eligible for return.

Return Process

Step 1: Contact our customer service team at info@virafresh.com to initiate the return process.

Step 2: We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to send the product back to us.

Step 3: Ship the product to the address provided with the RMA. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Refunds

Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Original Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Exchanges

Exchange Eligibility: Exchanges are allowed for products of equal or lesser value, subject to product availability. If the exchange is for a higher-priced item, the customer is responsible for the price difference.

Exchange Process: Follow the same steps as for returns. Once we receive the returned item, we will process the exchange and ship the new product.

Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at info@virafresh.com . We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Changes to This Policy: We reserve the right to modify this Return Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the updated policy will apply to all purchases made after the date of the update.
